You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, clean condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) paperwork requested from our customer service in the return box.
After receiving the RMA to send back the product, you will pay shipping for the returned package(s).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Less the 15% restocking fee.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable from your original order.
There is a 15% restocking fee for labor to count, validate, and check in the product that is being returned.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed to you. Contact Us to discuss the nature of the return and get instructions on how to send the package back with the RMA.
