Shipping has so many viariables such as case pack, hundred weight, and pallet packing so each order has to be quoted individually.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Small orders of 1-4 cases ship via UPS. 4+ cases can be quoted for LTL truck/palletized shipment. Ship to location needs to be able to recieve and easily exit a truck/semi. Additional fees apply to have the driver call you with ETA. Transportation times will vary according to destination region, and weather variables.

PRICES: Prices are as stated for (LTL) order.

.Truckload orders are available with submission of credit check, and upon approval Affordable Buckets will accept purchase orders with 10-30 day payment on accounts receivable account.

.Discount pricing is available with credit approval and purchase agreement to terms of account.

.First time orders will receive a request for tax exempt number for product use in resale and purchase order if account is set up.

CREDIT: Firms rated by Dun & Bradstreet are generally approved for credit which have good rating. Unrated firms may apply for credit by submitting the names of five firms that now extend credit, and bank references with contact information to geri@affordablebuckets.com.

ACCOUNT PAYMENT TERMS: Subject to credit approval, all invoices are payable upon receipt. Interest charges of 1.5% or 18% per annumapply to past due accounts. Truck load orders require lead time, and wire transfer payment. RETURNS, WARRANTY AND BUYER'S REMEDIES: No item shall be returned to us without our approval. Please contact Affordable Buckets at 1-866-479-8383 for an RA number. This RA number must be clearly visible on all packages being returned. Unauthorized returns and returns shipped freight collect or COD will be refused. All returns and or claims must be made within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Freight payment terms will be handled individually.

BUYER INFORMATION: Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for determining the suitability of their product for use with or in the products sold here. Dyes and colorings require a UN-Dot rated pail as they have a tendency to leach out of non rated pails with lids. Buyer must know their product and understand the specifications or ratings required of packaging their prodcut for interstate shipping. Seller is not giving and specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation allow warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for damage in the nature of a penalty.
